TechPanelExploring the technological frontAt TechPanel, we choose controversial topics and invite experts from both industry and academic institutions to discuss them. The setting is perfect for debate, dialogue, and hearing new ideas from experts. After the panelists discuss the topic, we open the floor to delegates for questions. At CUTC 2004, we held two TechPanels: the first focused on Globalization while the second discussed Bioethics and the justification of controversial research techniques.  |
